I’ve coached at UConn, St. Bonaventure, Gannon University, and SUNY Brockport, guided dozens of athletes to the next level, and served as Coaching Director of Major Force Lacrosse for 12 years. I was also elected to the IWLCA Board of Directors and served on the IWLCA All-American Committees for both Division II and Division III, giving me direct experience evaluating the nation’s top players.
My wife, Erin Wagner, is the head women’s lacrosse coach at RIT, which keeps our household closely tied to the current recruiting landscape at the college level. Together, we bring a unique perspective on what coaches are looking for and how athletes can position themselves for success.”

Recruiting Package: $500
Includes 5 sessions, highlight film review, college list development, and ongoing strategy check-ins.
Organize an Extended Pod Training with 5 or more players, and you train for free.
The organizer will complete the booking and payment at the time of registration. Once the group session takes place with at least 5 registered players, the organizer will receive a WagnerLax gift card equal to the cost of their session.
