WagnerLax Policies & Guidelines

Welcome to the WagnerLax Policies and Guidelines page. These policies are in place to support training consistency, athlete safety, and fairness across all families. By registering for any WagnerLax program, families acknowledge and agree to follow the policies below.

How WagnerLax Works

WagnerLax provides structured, high-quality lacrosse training built around consistency, small groups, and intentional development. To support that environment, all programs operate under the guidelines below.

REGISTRATION AND SCHEDULING

  • All registrations and payments are completed through our booking system, Momence
  • Spots are secured only after registration and payment are completed
  • We do not hold spots without payment
  • If a session or program is not listed in Momence, it is not currently available

GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS

  • Group sessions run on fixed schedules
  • Groups are intentionally capped to preserve training quality
  • Development is based on consistent weekly attendance

Missed group sessions cannot be made up and are not refundable. This policy protects the integrity of the group and the planned progression of each session.

GROUP MINIMUM ENROLLMENT

Group training sessions require a minimum number of registered participants to run. Minimums are set to ensure appropriate group dynamics and training quality.

If a group does not meet the minimum enrollment:

  • WagnerLax may cancel the session, or
  • WagnerLax may offer alternative options when appropriate

If WagnerLax cancels a session due to low enrollment, a credit will be issued for future use. Minimum enrollment decisions are made by WagnerLax and communicated as early as possible.

BUILD YOUR OWN GROUPS

WagnerLax offers a Build Your Own Group option for families who would like to organize their own small training group.

  • Groups may include up to six (6) players
  • One parent or guardian is responsible for organizing the group
  • Registration and payment for all players are completed individually through Momence
  • Sessions run on fixed schedules and follow the same attendance, cancellation, and weather policies as standard group training

Build Your Own Groups allow families to train together while maintaining the same structure, standards, and expectations as all WagnerLax programs.

PRIVATE LESSONS

  • Private lessons require 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are charged in full
  • If WagnerLax cancels a private lesson, the session will be rescheduled or credited

WAIVERS AND SAFETY

  • All participants must have a signed waiver on file before participating
  • Waivers are completed digitally
  • No waiver on file means the participant may not take part in sessions

QUESTIONS

If you have questions about programs, scheduling, or registration, please reach out before booking so we can help guide you to the appropriate option.
