Your membership entitles you to 14 credits per month. Credits may be used to book services within the limits described below:
Small Group Lessons: Maximum of 8 sessions per month
Speed & Conditioning Sessions: Maximum of 6 sessions per month
Private Lessons: No fixed monthly limit; you may book as many private lessons as your available credits allow, provided the total usage does not exceed 14 credits per month
Important Notes:
Credits expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over and are forfeited.
Limits for small group and speed & conditioning sessions reset monthly, at the start of each new billing cycle.
An automatic recurring payment (“Monthly Payment”) will be made each month, with monthly renewal of your subscription on a recurring basis. You will receive a confirmation email after each automatic recurring payment is processed.
Example: If your subscription is $400 per month and begins on March 1, the first recurring Monthly Payment of $400, plus any applicable fees, will be charged on March 1. The next automatic recurring payment of $400 will occur on April 1.
Note: You will not receive advance notice of each payment; however, you will receive a post-payment confirmation by email.
If your automatic recurring payment is declined, we will attempt to contact you by phone or email. WagnerLax may permanently restrict your ability to use a specific payment method if multiple failures occur.
IMPORTANT: If your automatic payment fails, you must update or replace your payment method. If payment is not made by the end of your billing cycle, your services may be suspended or canceled.
You may cancel your Automatic Recurring Payment at any time. To cancel, log into your billing settings in the CoachIQ app or contact WagnerLax at admin@wagnerlax.com.
Cancellation requests may take up to 24 hours to process and take effect.
To update or change your payment method (e.g., switching to a different credit or debit card), please contact WagnerLax directly. Your prior payment authorization will be deactivated within 24 hours of processing the change.
By providing your credit card, debit card, or bank account information (the “Payment Method”), you:
Confirm that you have read and understand this Automatic Recurring Payment Agreement.
Authorize WagnerLax to charge your Payment Method for the full amount due under your membership plan (monthly or otherwise, as applicable).
Authorize your financial institution to process these charges and remit payment to WagnerLax.
Acknowledge that this authorization remains in effect until you cancel it in accordance with this Agreement.

Organize an Extended Pod Training with 5 or more players, and you train for free.
The organizer will complete the booking and payment at the time of registration. Once the group session takes place with at least 5 registered players, the organizer will receive a WagnerLax gift card equal to the cost of their session.
It’s our way of saying thank you for bringing the group together!
